If convenient, have a recent electric bill or annual electricity usage, utility provider, questions about your roof and any proposal you have already received. Never send passwords or payment-card information.

Share the property address, approximate roof age if known, concerns such as leaks, and any existing estimate. Photos may help explain what you are seeing, but they do not replace an on-site evaluation where one is needed.
